What’s better than a job fair... an Indeed Job Market. This week our team had the chance to work with Indeed.com for the 2020 Atlanta Indeed Job Market event where hundreds of job candidates were able to gain resources and information to better aid their job search opportunities. When job seekers entered the Atlanta Contemporary Art Center they were greeted with positive energy and face. Many of the attendees had the opportunity to pre-register for free and could simply check in upon arrival. Let’s pause and just take a moment to applaud Indeed for their amazing event and set up. Guest even had a customize “Get Energized” lounge to grab a snack, get some coffee and network with other industry colleagues. Not only that, attendees were able to go through the activation space and participate in the different activity station. Free head shots, resumé building, and even career consultation for people that are in transition. The highlight of this event was the Q&A Conversation around 6:30 pm between Indeed’s Vice President of Human Resources and renowned sport broadcaster Pam Oliver. This was a truly memorable teachable moment for everyone that was able to attend. This is the second stop on this Indeed Job Market Tour and they will also be doing this event in Chicago, Seattle, Boston and a few more other major cities.
